Tennis in Ennis

The Elevated Tennis Camps program has been completed at the Madison Valley Golf and Tennis Club in Ennis. The sessions included three days of adult clinics beginning July 24 followed by two days of children’s clinics ending July 28.

Madison County Sanitarian Van Puckett spoke with each Madison County school superintendent about plans for the upcoming school year.

“They’re all doing a great job working toward the same common goal,” Puckett said. “Each one is looking at the health and wellbeing of the students and staff.”

Tennis in Ennis

The Madison Valley Tennis Association just completed the total resurfacing of the two county tennis courts located at the Madison Valley Golf and Tennis Club.

One of the seven riders representing Madison County in the Ennis Rodeo placed first.

Cooper Clemens, a part-time local of Cameron, took first place in the bareback riding competition. He scored 76 points, a single point higher than J2 Bridges of Dillon, July 3.

Grounded

Bob Sahli is a familiar face in Ennis. Ennis residents are probably aware of his 28-year physical therapy career and practice, Ennis Physical Therapy. The fact that he has studied Eastern medicine and healing techniques for about 15 years may be a lesser known fact.
