7 of 7 meet canceled

The Capital City 7 of 7 meet was canceled on Thursday due to snow on the course. Sheridan and Twin Bridges cross country teams were able to take the weekend off as a result of this cancelation. Both teams will run in Townsend on Saturday.

Mustangs turn the tables

The Ennis Mustangs were behind the Absarokee Huskies before Maida Knapton and Wyatt Fredson were announced homecoming king and queen. The Huskies scored twice before the Mustangs reached the endzone toward the end of the second quarter. The second half started with the Huskies leading by six points.

Falcons didn’t go easily

Tough competitions lead to two losses for Twin Bridges volleyball

The Falcons volleyball team traveled to White Sulphur Spring to take on the Hornets Sept. 27. The competition was close throughout the game, but the Hornets came out on top in five rounds.

Cross country in Twin Bridges

Last weekend, Madison County cross country teams convened in Twin Bridges. The day started out dreary and cold, and progressed to become drearier and colder by the time the boys’ varsity runners lined up at 10:30 a.m. However, runners tend to prefer cooler temperatures instead of 85 and sunny.
