The Twin Bridges School District, via School Board Chair Steve Janzen, reached out to Headwaters RC&D about housing concerns.
Madison County K-12 Schools will be in session with in-person instruction by the end of August.
Madison County Sanitarian Van Puckett spoke with each Madison County school superintendent about plans for the upcoming school year.
“They’re all doing a great job working toward the same common goal,” Puckett said. “Each one is looking at the health and wellbeing of the students and staff.”
All but one Madison County public school has voted to continue distance learning for the remainder of the school year. Harrison Schools’ scheduled meeting was after publishing deadline, but according to the superintendent, Fred Hofman, it is likely that the Harrison Schools will follow suit.
Madison County schools have been closed for three weeks due to the coronavirus. Gov. Steve Bullock extended the closures to April 24 on Tuesday.
