The Madison County Board of Commissioners moved to unanimously approve the final plat for the Lee’s Pool Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Preliminary plans for Moonlight Basin’s latest expansion were approved Oct. 13.
The Lee’s Pool Subdivision Public Hearing was originally scheduled Jan 29. The applicant, Moonlight Basin, requested to postpone this hearing to address topics in the staff report including a Geotech analysis, and resubmitted part eight of the preliminary plat which discussed a request for a stream construction setback reduction.
The Madison County Planning Board met on Monday, Jan. 27 to discuss a postponed public hearing, a new addressing system, variances and meeting format. The next meeting will be held Monday, Feb. 24.
