Speech & Drama kicks of

First in person meet in over a year

This past weekend was Ennis High School's first speech and drama meet of the season, as well as the first meet in person after being virtual last year. The meet was held in East Helena. Kaylee Clemmons is the head coach and Marci Whitehurst is the assistant coach. We are so proud of how hard these kids worked. They are a great team. Overall, Ennis High School took 3rd place in the B/C school division for speech and drama. Individual events are:

Josey Blazer, Impromptu: 3rd place (Impromptu had the highest competition with 24 competitors overall. Junior Josey Blazer led a strong finish in this event!)

Elizabeth Olson and Ruby Blazer, Humorous Duo: 7th place

Sage Canterbury, Memorized Public Address: 4th place

Noni Dilschneider, Memorized Public Address: 3rd place

Levi Whitehurst, Humorous Solo: 1st place

Tara Jensen: Dramatic Oral Interp: 7th place

Pyper Curry, Dramatic Solo: 4th place

We look forward to working with this team throughout the season!
