Friday (and Wednesday) night lights

 It was a close one, but Twin got the win at the Falcon’s Oct. 16 matchup in Big Sky against the Lone Peak Big Horns; final score 28-26. Next on the docket for the 3-4 Falcons is an Oct. 22 home game against the 0-6 Mustangs.

Sheridan’s six-game winning streak came to a screeching halt at home following a close loss to Park City; final score 36-34. The now 5-1 Panthers head to Joliet on Oct. 20 where they’ll take on the 5-1 J Hawks.

These mark the last of the regular season games for Madison County’s varsity footballers.

Playoffs are set for Oct. 30, with the state championship scheduled for Nov. 20.
