Depaoli initial appearance after failure to appear

Dalton Furie Depaoli appeared at the Madison County Courthouse on March 5, for an initial appearance and arraignment. Depaoli pleaded not guilty to one count failure to register as a violent offender. Depaoli was released on a previously posted bond.

DeWaard pleads not guilty

Jaritt Lynn DeWaard appeared at the Madison County Courthouse on March 5 for an initial appearance and arraignment. DeWaard is being charged with one count aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, fourth offense, one count driving while license is suspended or revoked and one count driving without liability insurance. DeWaard’s charges stem from a Dec. 31 incident in Madison County.

DeWaard pleaded not guilty to all counts and was released on a previously posted bond.
