Bench warrant issued for Depaoli
Dalton Furie Depaoli failed to appear at the Madison County Courthouse on Feb. 26 for an initial appearance. Depaoli is being charged with one count failure to verify as a violent offender. A court ordered bench warrant was issued.
Huseby pleads guilty to felony theft
Dylan Thomas Huseby appeared at the Madison County Courthouse on Feb. 26 for a change of plea hearing. Huseby pleaded guilty to one count felony theft after stealing a pair of binoculars from Shedhorn Sports in October 2017. Huseby received a three-year deferred sentence, a $1,000 fine and was ordered to pay $2,599 in restitution.
Bock pleads not guilty to sex charges
Dustin Dale Bock appeared at the Madison County Courthouse on Feb. 26 for an initial appearance and arraignment. Bock is being charged with one count sexual intercourse without consent, one count attempted sexual assault and two separate counts tampering with witnesses or informants. Charges stem from incidents in Madison County in September and October 2017.
Bock pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on a previously posted bond.
Hernandez receives suspended sentence
Ramon Hernandez appeared before the Honorable Judge Luke Berger for a sentencing hearing on Feb. 26.
Hernandez was previously charged with two counts of sexual assault (minor victim), stemming from alleged violations that occurred in May and June of 2016. Hernandez pleaded not guilty to both counts, which was later amended to one count criminal endangerment. Hernandez pleaded guilty to the amended criminal endangerment charge.
Upon witness testimony from the defense, the court sentenced Hernandez to the Montana Department of Corrections for seven years, all suspended, a $1,000 fine and chemical dependency test, as well as a continued no contact order with the victim.
