Madison County Planning Board tables Sheridan development conversation

The Madison County Planning Board met Monday, August 29 for a public hearing on The Crossings development. The meeting went until late into the evening to discuss the proposed development. The subject was tabled until further notice due to the late hour.

Flatiron development hearing postponed

The February 28, 2022, Madison County Planning Board public hearing on Flatiron Subdivision and PUD has been postponed to a subsequent date to be determined, according to Cody Marxer, Planner for the Madison County Planning Board. The public hearing was originally scheduled to be held on Monday.

Lee’s Pool final plat approved
