Sheridan Public Library welcomes local photographer
For the first showing of not only 2024 but since the pandemic, Sheridan’s Public Library tapped local resident Dan Rose to display his photography for January. Rose is a familiar face around Sheridan, typically seen behind the wheel of his delivery truck.

Christmas came early
The Frontier Event Center in Dillon hosted Bicentennial, Inc. for their Senior Banquet. A traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings was set atop white linens to honor seniors of Dillon and the Ruby Valley. Approximately one-hundred and ninety people were in attendance.

Little Free Library in Twin Bridges
Twin Bridges Public Library has placed a "Little Free Library" in Jessen Park rest stop and Bike Camp. The TBPL Board members constructed the library with the help of Kenny Huss. The colorful and artistic painting was done by Super Stars 4H group and siblings.
Kids' day with Ruby Valley Conservation District
Last week over one hundred Ruby Valley 3rd through 5th graders congregated at the Giem Ranch in Twin Bridges for the 19th annual Kids River Resource Day to learn about topics pertaining to conservation, agricultural and resource management.
Four and O
The Ennis Mustangs have gotten off to a good start this season with an upperclassmen dominant roster with four wins and zero losses thus far against Seeley Swan, Lone Peak, Sheridan, and Simms. The Simms game was a wild one with an electric atmosphere. The first half ended with the Mustangs over the Tigers 23-20.

The Town of Ennis Commissioners discussed a request made on behalf of the Madison Conservation District (MCD) to change the North 40 subdivision roundabout into a pollinator garden.
